Workshop
On request the Yoga / Gym room can be transformier into a workingspace.
This offers 2 oak tables 270x90, 10 chairs and a Philips minibeamer (HD ready,
350 ANSI Lumens, battery). The room can be darkened.

For Installation and dismantling we charge flat rate of 250€.

Bregenzerwald guest card

The Bregenzerwald Guest Card is not only your free ticket for public transport, public swimming pools and many mountain railways, you also get exclusive discounts on many partner companies. You will receive the card if you stay three or more nights in the Bregenzerwald.
Valid from 1st May to 31st October.

Arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival our house is available from 3pm. We await you on site and hand over the keys. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:30.

Reservation and payment:

A reservation becomes binding after a deposit of 10% of the total price.

The deposit is made by bank transfer. By making a reservation, you agree to the following cancellation policy. The remaining payments are made by bank transfer as follows:

60 days before arrival 40% of the total price
30 days before arrival the remaining 50% of the total price

Cancellations

If you cancel, for whatever reason, your reservation, the cancellation fees apply according to the above key.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Generally, we try to accommodate you. If a renting after a cancellation should be possible, we can refund any down payments aliquot.

For late arrival and early departure 100% of the total cost will be charged.

Therefore we recommend a travel insurance.

Smoking

Our Schnepfegg 52 is a Non smoking house. In the wintergarden and in the garden there are many cosy smoker areas.

The location is ideal for all activities. Start by foot, with the touring skis or the mountain bike directly from the house to the Hirschberg or to the neighboring mountains and valleys.

Our tips:

In summer and in winter, the mountain Niedere with the viewing platform Baumgarten, guarantees one of the most beautiful views in the Bregenzerwald. From Bezau by foot or by gondola reachable.
In winter, the best family variant of snowshoeing, touring, skiing and sledding. There is something for everyone.
